I booked my stay for week thru hotels .com 20 mins into my stay the manager shows up at my door telling me that I need to pay more money or I'm not going to be able to say it even though I paid the rate in full on hotels.com so it's been over 6 days after I paid for a week already tomorrow will be a week now and I still have not got my money back I have been given the runaround everywhere at the time I turn as we get my money or whatever back because the reservation was canceled the next morning

The property manager would NOT honor the quoted Expedia price. I was told the owner would never honer that price and I would lose my money if I didn’t pay his price.
