Absolutely stunning location! It was an easy walk to the cable car and a great way to see Isola Bella. There were a few random hairs on the bed when we checked in but it was otherwise spotless. The breakfast was excellent and the rooftop pool was gorgeous!

Great location

Location was great, but room abit old and dated could do with an update. Staff friendly and attentive. Was good for one night.

Hotel in good location for bars, restaurants and shops. It was shall I say tired it could be so much more. There is a roof terrace that's not utilized which could be a great plus as the views are great but apart from a couple of loungers that's all. Had a problem with our shower which couldn't be fixed so we were offered another room but we declined as we were too busy to move all of our stuff but with a bit of Heath Robinson inspiration did a temporary fix ourselves. Breakfast was ok but then again could be better eggs tasted funny and the bacon was far too thin and crisp and no tomatoes which I found surprising in Sicily.

Cannot say enough good things about the property. Centrally located to many sightseeing points of interest and not far from the cruise ship terminal (although I wouldn’t walk pushing big suitcases because of the cobble stone streets and traffic). Staff is extremely helpful and courteous. There was no airport pick up, but taxis outside airport are a good option for about 37 Euros. My room was EXCELLENT! This is a very good place for any SOLO traveler.

Great hotel

Could not ask for a better location than this hotel. It is central and walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions. The staff speak English very well which is helpful. They even coordinated transportation to the airport for us. One con is that they didn't have a washcloth in the shower or hair conditioner, but for one night it wasn't a big deal. Unfortunately, we were on the 4th floor and didn't have any windows, just skylights and one didn't open. Out of the 3 rooms we had, only 1 had an amazing view of the city. Depending how long you're staying, I'd recommend asking for a room with a view.

J’ai loué une chambre avec un grand lit et deux single, j’ai été déçu de voir que les deux lits single était un simple caisson en bois sans sommier avec un matelas fin posé dessus. Les portes de la douche était sale de goutte d’eaux, robinetteries tremblante !!!

The staff at the hotel was super friendly and helpful. The area was really nice and quiet. The room was more outdated than we expected but it did the job and the hotel itself was nice. The area around it though was all graffiti and not what we expected. It’s a shame really.
