The nightmare started at check in with them putting us in an unsafe, dirty room with portable AC within 6 inches of bed and exhaust hose put out an open window to roof level allowing any type of rat and or bird in the room. The suite was sooo dirty and hot. They put us in a small room for night and relocated us in the suite as shown in the image when booked, but it did not have the view as described in booking. The suite was booked for view of Charles bridge and river, but it only had alley view with graffiti on the buildings. The GM did refund 1 night for the first night experience but did nothing about the false and deceptive practice about room type and view, only stated it was not available. He did not respond to email whereas i evidenced the room description and amount paid for view, which was guaranteed room type, not based on availability. Overall, the hotel was dirty (carpets and floors). The massage room had foul moldy odor and no bathroom in spa area, so you had to go back to your room, they had no water after massage and could not bill to room! The hotel had no gym (dis at time of booking) The Gm you stated that its longer shown on website and was closed 6 to 7 months ago and equipment packed up!? I'm sure what going on at hotel but staff does not respect do not disturb room sign whatsoever! I was notified by a staff member that hotel is being remodeled at end of year that' why they are not taking care of it. They should not be allowed to maintain 5 star status
