On the morning of my check out we discovered 15 cars were broken into that prior night. Every car broken into was in clear eyesight of the front desk. The staff including the General Manager, Derrick , were completely uncooperative, showed NO empathy, would not even come out to address the guests who had been victimized. When an angry guest banged on his office door, he finally came out to tell us nothing except “call the police”. They had working cameras all around that he refused to review, wouldn’t even provide assistance with getting garbage bags to try to clean up the glass. He and the front desk girl were incredibly rude and no help at all. There seems to be some inside job type energy with this staff.
