We enjoyed our stay here in a family room. It was great being able to tuck the little one away in a separate area with a door and stay up for a few hours without worrying about disturbing her. The room was a little dated but it was clean and had everything we needed, so it was perfect for our little family.
We were in building 3 and had a small balcony that looked out on the rain forest. We loved watching the squirrels, butterflies and even monkeys going about their business.
The pool was a reasonable size with a partitioned childrens pool but could use a little shade for those of us with a vampire like complexion. Also it would be nice if it were open at least until 9pm, rather than closing at 7pm. No after dinner swims.
Breakfast was ample with plenty of options for the meat eaters (it is a pork free hotel if that is of interest to those reading this). There was an egg station for omelettes etc.
Some options for vegetarians and enough for vegans to get by on (bread, condiments, fruit and beverages)
We had a late flight and the hotel has a luggage storage facility which we used. They also allowed is to use pool area, restaurant and showers etc after check out.
The travel desk lady was very friendly and the cost of transport organised through her was comparable to that which could be organised externally. Slightly pricier but clearly more convenient.
Overall, we had a great time at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking for a simple hotel with all you need.
