Not what I was expecting
The property is more of an upscale apartment rental vs a hotel. There was rarely anyone at the front desk and it took a couple of hours for someone to come to my room when I had a question about an appliance. The check in process felt very invasive with the AI generated videos and virtual check in. They do not give key cards so you have to memorize a few different codes to access your room as well as the front door to the property. I was scared I would forget the code if my phone lost power.
Comfort-wise this is definitely a more “aesthetic over function and comfort”
sort of place. The shower is in the main part of the room and does not have a proper door or curtain so the cold air hits anywhere that does not have a stream of water on it. Also the bathroom sink is located in the main area and does not have a lot of storage for toiletries etc. Bed is comfortable enough and i enjoyed the full apartment style kitchen. I also had to ask for my room to be tidied up after nobody came for 3 days.
