The hotel was truly amazing in many ways — beautiful design, comfortable rooms, and great service during the day. Unfortunately, our experience took a turn when we returned after dinner to find what can only be described as a wild party taking place in the lobby.
The music was incredibly loud, people were crowding every corner, and alcohol was everywhere. We had to practically push our way through the crowd just to get to the elevator — it felt more like trying to get into a nightclub than accessing our room in what’s supposed to be a hotel.
It was shocking that this kind of event was happening in a shared common area that guests must use for check-in or simply to go to their rooms. This is simply not acceptable for a hotel environment. A lobby should be welcoming and accessible to all guests at all times, not turned into a chaotic party zone.
We hope management reconsiders how these events are handled in the future.
