This is the perfect place for us to stay when we visit San Francisco. This is our second time staying and it's a short walk to Ghirardelli Square, with minimal hills which also puts you in walking distance to Pier 39. Since parking is included, on our first stay we actually walked from the hotel, through the Presidio and across the Golden Gate and back.

Parking is free if you can get a space available when you get there early enough

It was a decent enough Motel. It was very expensive but so was the rest of San Francisco. The parking is very useful, although when we arrived all the slots were taken, they told us to double park and they moved it so it wasn’t too bad. The room was comfortable although the ice machine was opposite the door, it could have been located elsewhere in my eyes. A decent breakfast.

Family stay, wonderful location within walking distance of many parks and pier 39.

The hotels location was decent because of the proximity to the Golden Gate Bridge and nearby neighborhoods. The hotel itself needs some TLC as its better days are behind it. The staff was friendly and courteous.
