Good experience
Very pretty hotel in the heart of Bruges! Close to bars, restaurants and amenities, and a walking distance from the main square. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was great! We really enjoyed our stay here!

A 4 day leisure trip to Bruges. The hotel is in a very convenient central location with everything accessible on foot. Hotel maybe lacks character but otherwise meets most needs well.

Great room but no WiFi
Very high quality room and the setup was perfect for us with two small children (separate bedroom for the kids - Family Luxury Room). Close to the centre with all sights in walking distance! Only issue was that the WiFi signal in the room was very weak, essentially it didn’t work. Suggestion from the staff was there were internet service issues with the provider, but that wasn’t the problem. Being in the Aragon House building essentially had too weak a signal to connect. We used our mobile phones, for us and the kids, but this was not ideal due to the additional cost (we’re from the UK). Aside from that, it was a great hotel. If they fixed the WiFi (got themselves some signal extending hardware) then this would be a 5 star review :)

Perfect stay
My wife and I stayed here from 21-24th November as we were visiting the Christmas Markets. The hotel was impeccable. Right on the market square, room was perfect. Food was beautiful and great choice, parking on site meant we didn’t have to worry about the car. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Very friendly and more than happy to recommend places to eat and visit. Would definitely stay here again. 5 stars isn’t enough for this little gem.

Brugges fairy place
Best about this hotel was the counter employees, always friendly and helpful, gave directions and even about trains and flights. Two blocks from main plaza, Taj Mahal restaurant and bones with ribs were excellent. Trip on boat was 15 euros p/p. Breakfast was good, nice rooms, clean 100%, toiletries and about prices in stores reasonable less than in Paris. Really nice city to walk even at 11 pm.

Bruges October 2024
Totally pleased with every facet of Hotel Aragon. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful; the room was modern and clean. The location was perfect - just a few minutes from Markt square. We will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to the beautiful city of Bruges.

Quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists but only a short walk to many of the main points of interest. Sussana was most helpful for information and directions. Our room (602)was cozy, clean, and had good space with a kitchenette which was equipped with all that one needs - coffee maker, oven, microwave, stove, refrigerator, utensils, kitchenware etc. Our recommendation- change to better pillows. And, there is a nook with unused space where you can put a small sitting table with chairs for a snack or coffee.

Hotel Aragon has been a pleasant experience all the way and has helped make our stay in Bruges a memorable experience, from attentive and courteous service of the friendly staff to great comfort in our accommodations. The hotel has been just renovated and all facilities are top notch. Will definitely come back when we get the opportunity next time around.

The room was great - service could have been a tad better! I asked for some water at reception, only to be told I could go and purchase water from the bar!! Water is not an expensive commodity - next time just give the guest a glass or bottle of water if they ask!

Nice clean hotel not far from the historic district. They did upgrades to their rooms but showers are not installed right. Showerheads too heavy to hold on post so only can use as handheld

Comfortable stay , close to most restaurants
The front desk staff were super friendly and available to answer all our questions. They have complimentary tea/coffee/latte etc and drinking water available in the lobby which was quite nice . Breakfast buffet closed by 10:30 which I found quite challenging with two little ones and jet lag , to make it to in time. Also from what the front desk told me it did not have many vegan and vegetarian options .
