Management shambles
We booked the hotel because our friend was having cosmetic surgery nearby and we were there to keep her company. The hotel is miles away from the city centre by taxi with no real restaurant facilities apart from a Chinese restaurant where the staff were rude. There is an outlet Mall a ten minute walk away where you can buy fast food. We had breakfast included and it was disastrously planned. Crowds built up for fried eggs etc
The reception staff didn't appear to know their jo, were abrupt and weren't helpful.
Our room was very comfortable. The bed's mattress, pillows and duvet were amazing. However little details like the TV and safe not working. One glass and 1 cup to use for a twin room booking. The wardrobe light constantly 'on'. There was a constant noise from the motorway below.
Overall a hotel that could be prestigious if it had decent management offering help to the customer.
