An excellent hotel where the staff did as much as they could to enhance your stay. We only had the one night but the rooms were spacious, extremely comfortable and spotless. The breakfast was first class with excellent service so I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The restaurants here are numerous but also very very expensive, so we ate here once and then explored other local options.

Elegant comfort and luxury

This was our second stay at The Claridges and we will be going back again. It is a lovely oasis from the noise of the city and very comfortable. Only thing to watch out for is the cost of alcoholic beverages. But otherwise, I couldn't fault this hotel.

I was hesitant at for after reading reviews, but the properly and entire staff was absolutely amazing. We declined a room upgrade because my wife wanted a balcony, but the room is super clean spacious. In good faith, the manager sent my wife and I a bottle of wine. They went out of the way to make us comfortable and happy. Highly recommended.. Also, the bed was absolutely the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in. I actually took a picture of it to order it when we get back to the US. A++++

Entrance lobby congested and noisy. Rooms are fine (bathroom small) Staff - average. Reception / duty desk doesn’t pick phone when called from room. Had to try many times and on multiple occasions. Good location. I wouldn’t stay there again
