We booked four nights at this hotel starting with March 7, 2025.
As soon as we walked into the hotel, we noticed a strong smell of some type of cleaning agent or similar. Within 5-10 minutes of getting into our room, my wife, who has asthma, had a strong allergic reaction to whatever was in the air. She immediately used her emergency inhaler, but it took a while for her condition to stabilize.
We knew that there was no way we could stay at this hotel and asked the manager for a refund, which he refused to issue. We feel that this was very unfair of them considering that this whole problem arose because there was something in the air inside the hotel that triggered my wife's violent allergic reaction.
So, for anyone planning to stay at this place, keep this in mind and plan accordingly.
