Shower head was broken. Shower pressure was poor. Toilet paper rack, did not keep the toilet paper on the rack (it was broken). No variety in the breakfast. The door to the second bed room would not stay shut, since the magnets that were suppose to keep it close were missing.

Hotel needs major attention
The first room I stay in was 54 degrees during December. When I turned on the heat, I could hear water running in the walls at the register. Room needed cleaned better in some areas and materials need to be replaced. I had to ask to be moved. Second room was extremely warm and the AC did not work. The window had been cracked and left open by the maid, assuming because the room smelled so bad as soon as you walked in. Dealt with the second room however will not stay again.

I stay here routinely with My wife and this is the 1st time we had a subpar rooming condition. There was food in the fridge, trash in the can, and the room was poorly vacuumed. There were signs of previous flooding on the ceiling in the living room and bathroom sink area. The toilet tissue holder us loose and opens when on use.

This property was close in proximity to family we were visiting and shopping areas. Easy to pick up main roads. That’s where the good review ends. I was dissatisfied with the 2 bedroom suite because of holes in the walls ( stuffed with toilet paper ), dangling/falling off the wall hooks in the bathroom, red stains on carpet and an overall dingy, dank feel. Grime everywhere. I called twice in advance to ensure there was enough bedding in the room since we were going to use the sleeper sofa. Nope, nada. At 2 am after arriving and checking in, I had to return to the lobby to ask for a bedding pack. Thanks guys, pretty great when traveling with kids. While the property itself is nice enough, this room was shabby, depressing, and obviously uncared for. It was on the ground floor next to an exit which was not secure (the automatic lock wasn’t installed properly), and noise at night on 11/10 was extreme due to a wedding group. Would not stay here again and could not recommend this for the almost $800 we spent for 4 nights. Huge disappointment.

I found the property perfectly adequate, but definitely understaffed. There were 3 weddings going on during my stay. There were no hangers in the room when I arrived and no one answered the phone at the front desk after several attempts. I ended going down myself to get some hangers, which involved a wait. Then there was not a pen in the room when I needed it. Again, I had to got to the front desk. In both instances, I was informed that there "should" have been those items in the room. Finally, revelers from the wedding were out till past 1 am in a courtyard surrounded by the hotel. They were drunk, yelling at each other and clueless they might be impacting other guests. I called to the front desk and it took 15 minutes for someone to attend to their shenanigans and offer a quiet night.
