I’ve stayed at this hotel at least 20–30 times over the past several years and have always appreciated the comfortable beds, excellent customer service, and cleanliness. However, my last two visits (February and now May) have been noticeably disappointing, and I feel compelled to share a few things future guests should be aware of—especially families.
This time, I booked a family suite, expecting the same level of comfort and convenience. Unfortunately, the mattresses are now extremely uncomfortable—clearly worn out and in need of replacement. The linens are also rough and scratchy, which made for an unpleasant sleep experience.
The air conditioning units are another major issue. They’re so loud and clanky that it’s nearly impossible to run them at night without being disturbed. They barely cool the room, and the noise is grating.
Another frustrating surprise: the family suites only include parking for one vehicle. This is buried in the fine print, and I assumed (as most people would) that booking a larger room for a group would include at least two parking spaces. It created a hassle that completely undermined the convenience I was expecting.
Lastly, the location is not as close to the park as some might hope—it’s a longer walk than advertised.
I used to highly recommend this hotel, but I can no longer do so in good faith. Until they rot
