I booked a week in advance with protect my stay plan for a 2 queen bedroom. When I got there they forced me to take a king bedroom and told me that they had no more Queen bedrooms. I have no choice being that I was there already. There was no parking I had to park and the fire lane. And they charge me on two of my credit cards for the room. When I arrived there was a couple customers in front of me and they had the same issues the only thing was that they had to leave because they had no more rooms even though they had booked in advance. They were selling the rooms out even though you had a reservation and your check-in time was not up. Lots more to say but not enough room to put on this review very unhappy!
