The room itself was good, clean, and comfortable. One of the shelves under the TV was damaged and hanging off the hinge. While this obviously has zero bearing on the comfort of the room, it’s an odd thing to not bother to fix.
The digital key wouldn’t work for whatever reason, so we were forced to check in at the front counter, and the rep behind the desk was rude, monotone and basically had a ‘what do you want’ kind of mentality.
Again, this didn’t affect the comfort or value of the room itself, but the service definitely left a lot to be desired.
