Kristy at the front desk was very helpful when we checked in. Unfortunately, when we went to the pool in the evening, there were no more towels. We went to the front desk and they let us know that they were in the dryer and would send them to our room…which doesn’t help when you are wet at the pool…lol. Eventually, we got towels.

I made a fully prepaid reservation through Hotels.com on March 26 for my stay from May 2 to May 8. However,after returning from my stay at this hotel, I discovered that the hotel charged my credit card again, resulting in a duplicate payment.
I contacted the hotel directly on May 15, and on May 16, I was told that my reservation was under review. Since then, there has been no update or follow-up. I also reported this issue to Hotels.com, and thay have been trying to contact the hotel, but there has been no response from the hotel's side.
This level of unresponsiveness and failure to resolve a clear billing error is extreamly disappoining and unacceptable. I sincerely hope this matter is addressed and resolved soon.

Jacuzzi was gross and did not work which you would expect from motels but not hilton. Room smelled and hallways were extremely hot.

The hotel has an amazing breakfast and services. So convenient to get to Sea World, a very short walk to get there.
A couple of not so great feedbacks are 1) found several bugs in the bath tub on the first night 2)no vent in the bathroom to clear the steam after shower and to keep air clean 3) can hear cars driving on the streets even late at night.

I arrived early but could not check in. When check-in time came, I was waiting in the lobby (still before advertised check-in time), but despite knowing I was waiting on an available room, no one came to me and said anything. Only after watching others get checked in did I go to the desk. Upon entering my room, I found food on the carpet and a dripping bathtub. Since the housekeeper was down the hall, I had her come vaccuum the food up. When I showed the dripping faucet & asked if it was reported, she gave it a serious yank and it stopped. No report. After checking outbthe next morning (and notifying about the dripping faucet), i found an additional charge for $16 added to my credit card! I didn't buy anything there.

The room was horrible. They had no black out shade on the curtain and a tech had to be called to put on up that we couldn’t touch or control after it was put up. The tv connection did work. We had to pull the tv back and pull the plate back and turn the screw to make the tv work. We fixed that ourselves. The tub is peeling and needs to be replaced. The shuttle to the attractions didn’t show up at the times advised. We had to pay for an Uber to pick us up. We also ordered enough space in the uber for a mother and child waiting with us. Another father and son already left in an uber before us. Why offer something and can’t use it. Also to pay for parking is ridiculous. It was advised previously but if we aren’t getting front door service this is just taking money from customers. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying at this Hotel and the name Hilton needs to removed because it doesn’t live up to the name associated with it.
