Rude Manager
I booked 4 weeks for one of my employees. We were unaware that the room didn’t come with a microwave or fridge. They said it was 10.00 more per day. The room we selected doesn’t say anything about not having that. I called the Manager who was extremely short tempered right at the start. She was condescending and rude when I told her the room didn’t state that those items weren’t included and that if I scrolled down to select another room it would say they were included. Seemed a little shady to do it that way but what ever. I was completely nice to her but she was so annoyed by me asking if she could work with me on the price I can only imagine this happens all the time. I had already paid for all 4 weeks and asked her to waive the 10.00 per day so we could have a win win. Again she became aggressive and super rude and tried to lecture me. Again I was as nice and calm as can be. She said she would waive one week but not the other 3 and hung up on me. Wow! No thanks. I canceled my next three weeks. I can’t recommend this hotel. Terrible customer service. I would have stayed all 4 weeks but you were soooo rude.
