This property was clean and new, and located in a nice neighborhood. There was nobody available to check us in or out, and no way to communicate with anyone on-site throughout our entire stay. The property is listed as having free Wi-Fi, but there were no instructions given anywhere so that appears untrue.

Amazing apartment - cozy & felt like home!
2nd time staying here and absolutely love it , can’t wait to go back! Parking garbage wasn’t terrible under $60 for the weekend with in and out privileges.

Great location but really noisy
Very well-appointed and immaculate property. The location could not be better. However, the walls were paper thin. We could hear conversations from other apartments and the hallway and the street. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. We could feel the springs digging into our backs and sides. Very tough to sleep. Check-in and check-out were frustrating. The key was in a lockbox. The code we were given was incorrect. It took 30 minutes and trying 3 codes before any worked and we were able to enter. The check-put directions made no sense: they were to leave the key in the apartment and lock the door. However, there is no way to lock the door without a key. Therefore, we had to call the customer service hotline repeatedly before getting a live person to assist. That person promised to call back with refined directions but never did. So, I had to call again twice to finally get someone. Very frustrating. We will not stay here again.

I was very disappointed with my experience. No instructions on how to get in & no one to help me. I traveled 10 hours then sat in the lobby for an hour trying to figure out how to get in. Once I got a contact for customer service (no service personnel on site) no one apologized or accommodated me for the inconvenience. Everyone had the 'not my fault, not my problem' attitude. No parking. No amenities except gym.

The room was very clean and everything was provided for us . Even pots and pans ! It was my first time staying in a suite and I was wondering about them . Aside from constantly signing leases for extensions, payments, and confirmations online it went very smoothly . 10/10 .
