Not a bad stay but was slightly frustrating.
I am not sure why some of the options for "upgrades" are even listed on the website when realistically they're not actually available.
You don't realize you didn't get it until you get there. . .
I inquired about a dog staying with us before when I initially was booking the room. I was told by the online agent that the pet staying with us wasn't going to be an issue because it is at some hotels. I had asked if there was an added fee because sometimes its a hard no pet rule or an added fee and rightfully - ish so.
When when I got to the counter, I was told its an extra fifteen dollars to check a pet in with us, after receiving this messaging from their customer support line ahead of time. Super confusing and misleading.
I'll pay your $15 dollars but some consistency across the board would be ideal.
Booking a room for four, 2 towels in the room. Asked for more and was told to visit the desk to get more.
