We planned to stay four nights and ended up switching to another hotel after the first. Upon arrival, the front desk attendant first tried to convince us to stay in a room with two twin beds even though I had requested a queen bed through my Expedia booking. The room we received was on the first floor next to the internal garden area where people spoke loudly on their phones and smoked. Our "nonsmoking" room smelled heavily of smoke and we had trouble sleeping due to the noises of people talking in the adjacent rooms and in the garden area. The bathroom was not very clean, with stains on the marble counter, back of the door, and tiling. The bathmat was disgusting. The cleaning staff were all very friendly, but the two front desk attendants we dealt with could have been more hospitable. Not the worse experience one could have, but I would not recommend this place.
