Firstly I should say we never actually managed to stay in this property due to Expedia’s incompetence. The booking was never passed on to the property so myself, 2 friends & 3 very young children had to move over 2 properties in 2 different towns for our stay. No compensation given by Expedia for the inconvenience. Will never book through Expedia ever again.

No one gives a dam in lock down . !!!
The property had not sent confirmation of booking, myself plus hotel.com got no response. Hotel.com just send a computer generated email confirming booking which is not true ! When I arrived no key , person contact was forthcoming! A neighbour told me who owned the apartment. I called them after googling there number .they said they were expecting me but the email got sent to span , gave me the number of safe key box , I opened to find no key ! I called again, they sent caretaker out with a key to find the property already occupied by three men ! What a great service !
