3 Rooms were booked, when the guest arrived at the hotel, they found that hotel denied the reservation. Also, they were clueless. The reception guy seemed drunk and the contact number provided did not picked up the call to clarify.

The photo on Expedia is not accurate. It was in a bylane where there was construction ongoing. The parking area was inadequate. There was no soap provided for showers. We had to buy!
There was no facility to pay by credit or debit as their machine was never fully charged. I had to pay in cash which required me to go to an ATM.
I would say the service was inadequate. Truly disappointed.
