this hotel have excellent customer service, the food was good, the good experience start at the entrance with a very special person t name Ramon. Always greeting the customer with a happy face. I definetly will come back to this hotel. thank you,

Disappointed
To our surprise we did not get the rooms we reserved online. We were told that they were being remodeled which was not true.We were told that those that reserve online which are given green bracelets did not get the same service. Both restaurants that are located at the resort we never were able to
get reservations. First we were told that
we had to make the reservations when we went for breakfast then we were told we had to be there at 7 a.m. Again we were disappointed, on Friday morning the restaurants were not operating that day and on Saturday only the Brazilian restaurant would open and it was full.
