I arrived with my children around noon and was informed by customer service that our room was not yet ready. However, they reassured me that cleanliness was a top priority and that the wait would be worth it. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive, having never stayed at a small-chain hotel before, but I kept an open mind.
Around 3:30 PM, I returned and was completely impressed. Two hours prior, I had received an email prompting me to check in online—a process I had never experienced, even at luxury hotels. It was seamless; I checked in using my phone, credit card, and driver’s license.
When I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and had my room key ready the moment I said my name. They even offered my family pineapple-infused water and freshly baked cookies, a thoughtful touch that immediately made us feel welcome.
As we made our way to our room, I noticed how quiet and peaceful the hotel was despite being fully booked. The room itself exceeded all expectations—immaculate, well-designed, and incredibly clean. The bathroom was spotless, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged.
That night, I felt completely safe with my children, and the beds were so comfortable that I slept like a baby. Unfortunately, we had to leave early and missed breakfast, but I have no doubt it would have been great.
I highly recommend this hotel. The customer service was outstanding, and I will definitely be returning!
