Room was facing a maintenance room other window looked on a parking lot on second floor when I had asked for higher floor and paid for a view. Parking was not included and ridiculous price ! Had an issue with the night desk person when I left key in the room she refused to issue a new key but made me escort a maintenance person upstairs to let me in she was rude and very dismissive. The manager did comp my parking for inconvenience which I was thankful for! Tv system was broken and I could not connect my laptop very in convenient their excuse “we have a new internet and it’s been broken for weeks” really? Fix it!!! In all very disappointed for a luxury hotel I was looking forward to staying at. Jenn Gorham
