The resort property alone is wonderful, especially for families. Tons of activities to do and there are alot of beautiful areas to hang out for the day near the creek/park area. It's also within walking distance of Tlaquepaque which is one of the best parts that you MUST SEE while in Sedona. The bed was comfortable and our room had everything you would need. The ONLY note I have is that the room itself is extremely dated. There were stains and chipping paint all over the walls and floors, the carpet was "crunchy" and felt like it needed a good deep clean. The kitchen area looked like it had been beat up a bit around the appliances, cabinets, etc., and needed some major TLC.
Considering the price per night(almost $400/night after the resort fee), I would expect an immaculate room with upkeep of the overall aesthetic.
