Parking very easy and lots of spaces. Breakfast was ok for the price, plenty of choice and quality was good, but long waits for the food to be refreshed. No water pressure in shower, terrible, I complained, but was told that all rooms are the same. Room was clean and tidy and good for sleeping.

Lovely hotel and staff

Staff friendly and very helpful. Room was a bit warm as it was a humid day. Reception got us a fan for the room. Was very clean and comfortable room and very quiet and peaceful sleep. In the morning we had breakfast the lady we spoke to was amazingly helpfully and hospitable. Made sure we had everything we needed and even had a lovely chat with us after we finished. Great service and breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

nice place, nice big bedrooms with brewing facilities but bathroom could do with a refurb but still enjoyed shower but it was from taps not a unit.great food loved it, good selection of drinks. very friendly and proffesional staff from the minute you get there to leaving, front desk to restuarant to domestics, defintly would stay there again and would recommend it

Stayed at this hotel before over the years, room was lovely, paid for a deluxe, shower in the bathroom was a disgrace, hardly any pressure, you had to hold it, mentioned when checking out and they said were aware already!!! Breakfast was disappointing, cold food, cold plates, had to ask for bread for toast. Think it might be used at present for homeless. Receptionist was lovely and friendly. Foyer area has had a refurbish and very nice.

I did originally like the non carpet floors but found it very noisy in the corridors with people walking and doors banging. I could hear the music from last night but that was not an issue . Staying for 1 night was plenty. The rooms have been modernised 3 years ago, however, there has been large omissions such as basic bathroom amenities which are tired and damaged. The shower failed to work at all, and when it did kick in, was happy to cover everyones temperature zone ranging from ice cold to burn your face off hot, and it does this all by itself. And dont think that even though you are on the top of the building that you wont get to hear the party, the walls are paper thin and the party will leave you tired with a disturbed nights sleep on an aging mattress. Breakfast. Not enough tables made up. No one on hand to clear tables and prep for more. The chef decided to dissappear with absolutely no food left at the self service servery for guests arrivjng, and this was not even 0845 yet. The reception and bar staff were welcoming and happy to help out and the standards of hygeine were as should be expected. Location is great too. Just be open minded when booking, its a clean room for the night.

Bed had collapsed mattress - hotel had overwhelming smell of smoke on upper floors - sofa in room had foam internals showing - sofa in room had cigarette burns on arms - bathroom floor grout had been painted… poorly because it’s dirty - bathroom has unacceptable amount of human hair.

Lady with curly brown hair on reception had a very poor attitude very abrupt and not welcoming in any way. No advice i.e. internet code etc just heres your keycard! Couldnt get in my room as keycode looked like two 66 but apparently were two 55 hand written. Had to go back down to reception were again was looked at with distain but fortunately the more receptive blond lady helped me out. Room was tired in need of full refurb especially bathroom. Hotel in general looks like it needs full make over with staff that understand customer service basics!!!
