Cleanliness definitely a 1 star, we called down to the front desk to tell them our sheets were dirty and they told us they would deal with it in the morning. The floors were so sticky our shoes were sticking to the floors. Beds were hard as a rock I’ll never recommend this place to my clients.

Hotel Chelsea is a nice place to stay in South Beach. The only thing they could improve on are more accessible outlets or usb connections and a mirror in the bedroom. The outlets are really lacking.

The staff were friendly and accommodating and the property was very clean. The elevator wasn't working the first two days, but the staff brought our my luggage to our 3rd floor room. The restaurant associated with the hotel - was charming, the food was delicious, and the wait staff was wonderful. I'd return to stay here again!

Pros: 2 blocks from the beach. Good restaurant. Cons: Room was very unclean, halls not vacuumed, phone didn’t work, TV got only a few random channels, sister property with complimentary cocktail is quite far and bartender there is very rude. After three nights, asked for housekeeping to change the sheets and all they did was make the bed. Not a 3 star hotel.
