Not to Hilton standards!
My first impression, I thought it was very expensive for what was offered. For starters I was given a handicap accessible room with a small and uncomfortable shower. The shower floor was slippery and not practical. The front desk was very serviceable and nice. The overall feel of the hotel was pleasant BUT not up to "Hilton" standards. The room had no drinking water, not even for the coffee maker. The fact that the front desk only gives you one bottle of water when requested, is not good practice or good service. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The drinking water situation was not good at all. This must change in your hotels. My feeling was I paid too much money for a property that didn't provide adequate service and comfort to their patrons. You have my contact information.
