The room smelled of cigarettes and musk and there were lots of roaches crawling all over the floor and the bathroom shower had lots of mold. Overall, the time there and the stay served it’s purpose.

The room and order was not good, it smelled of cigarettes and musk and also there was mold in the bathroom as well as the 1st room that was given to me. Overall, not a bad stay for the few days there.

Room smells. Not clean. Room is studio but the stoves are broken not even put in. Paid for studio price but did not get to use the stoves. Breakfast as only coffee and hot water. Bed sheets is duty.

Rooms are poorly. There holes on the wall, unfinished paint, bedsheets duty, and shower curtain is gross. This will be the last I stay at any Extended hotel.

Worst hotel

This was the worst hotel stay ever. Roaches, mold on bathroom wall, rust over stove, kitchen chairs tore, microwave had so much rust. Never again. I can't believe they offer me to stay at that hotel

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. • Dirty Room & Bathroom: The bathtub and tiles were filthy, covered in stains and grime. The sink and counters in the kitchen area were dirty with old food residue, and even the fridge had grime on top. It’s obvious housekeeping and maintenance are not a priority here. • Room Issues: The remote didn’t even have batteries, and when I asked at the front desk, they didn’t have any to provide. The door to the room also didn’t close properly, which felt unsafe. • Unsafe Environment: The property felt more like a hangout spot than a hotel. There were groups of people sitting outside in lawn chairs, smoking and talking loudly. I even had to squeeze past people in the hallway just to get into my room, which was very uncomfortable. • Overall: The place felt dirty, unsafe, and poorly managed. Definitely not worth the money, and I would never stay here again. If you value cleanliness, safety, and basic hospitality, stay far away from this place.

The property was fine except I didn't like the flooring. It made my feet feel damp and dirty. I also didn't like the fact that there was no working telephone in the room. I think there should have been one, even though we were allowed to use one in the office. Gina G. 08.13.25

I didn’t like having to move to another room because the carpet needed to be removed. I am a senior citizen, so it was not easy to go back and forth emptying my room. There was mold in the bathroom tiles, but I took care of that. All in all, I am satisfied with ESA and will always book my rooms with this facility.

Sucio en las instalaciones, mal servicio de los empleados, los aparatos no funcionan, no brindan Lo qie ofrecen en las especificaciones, llegamos y exigí un cambio de habitación, porque estaba muy sucia, estaba descuidada, tenía mal olor de olia marihuana en las in instalaciones dicen que sirven desayuno y no sirven desayuno, tuvimos un inconveniente de qué el aire acondicionado se estaba quemando, fui hasta la oficina hacer la reclamación avisar la situación que teníamos en la habitación y no había ningún personal a la hora que eso ocurrió que fue a las 2:42 de la madrugada, no hay un personal que te atienda tuvimos que llamar a los bomberos, los bomberos, vinieron y hicieron una inspección confirmaron que era el aire acondicionado que se estaba quemando, instalaron unos aparatos sacaron el humo, nos dieron el visto bueno para volver a entrar a la habitación. Luego al otro día en la mañana me dirigí hasta el lobby para solicitar nueva vez que me cambiaran la habitación y no lo hicieron, luego de dos días, me cambiaron la habitación y que en la noche cuando llegamos la llave no abría, no me habían puesto el código correcto no pudimos entrar a la habitación hasta pasado la una de la mañana, cuando un personal que hay de seguridad llamó a una persona para que por favor fuera a resolvernos el problema. Esta persona llegó incómoda, molesta insultándonos , malas palabras, discriminándonos que no nos quería ver. Le pedimos disculpas y no las acepto y llamó a la policía para sacarno

Extremely poor conditions of the room the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. They were broken needles throughout the property check in took about 40 minutes as they were having conversation with each other and not acknowledging us. We checked out immediately after checking in there was blood on the floor in the elevator. Definitely not the expectation I had from an Expedia reservation.
