The transportation, shuttle, to Disney, the local bus that is $6 one way for adults $3.5 for kids, not hotels. Bed covers were extremely old with stains and worn out stitches and holes; couldn't really consider it as a blanket. Bunk bed mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable.
We were informed that cleaning is done wvery 3 days but trash and beds would be done.. but the trash wasn't taken out but gathered and left behind and beds unmade (we didn't have a do not disturb sign) multiple family members almost fell on the bathroom floor in the middle of the nigjt duento how unusually low the toilets are, little better than a squat on the ground) in a whole cleanliness was an after thought and it looked like it had never had a thorough cleaning but a wipe down with a rag on common surfaces. Parking was ridiculous, not enough spots for the amount of rooms and vehicles double parked infront of other vehicles; had to get incontsct with front office to have others moved...daily occursnce. It was so tightly packed in the parking lot with extra cars it was a mess getting out and not hitting another vehicle. Breakfast was expected generic...expected better from a best western but quality was that of a hotel 6
