When we arrived our room had not been cleaned from the previous people. As there was no phone number to ring, I emailed and was asked to send photos. I did and sat and waited…..after an hour and a half with no cleaners arriving and no phone call, I had to find alternative accommodation for my three children and myself for the night. They assured me I would get a full refund. It’s been 4 days and still waiting…..not happy.

To be honest, nothing. To expensive for standard of complete and apartment, no battery in tv remote, tv held together with sticky tape, not enough dinnerware for 4 people, 2 glasses and 2 coffee cups only, 3 chairs only at dining table and they all wobble unsafely. Used tissue under bed, rotting food in front of key lockbox. To cheap to use hotel reception desk, which they do have one. Apartment is so over priced. I will be pursuing a deduction.
