Frustrating
Was unable to go swimming due to them not having a working lift for handicapped access. They had a lift for the hot tub but when I went to try it the hot tub was blocked off by black and yellow caution looking ribbon. When I checked out I tried to tell the clerk about what happened she then turned around and got snippy and rude. I would have marked the hotel higher if it wasn’t for the pool and the clerk. When I told the clerk my story about the pool and the hot tub she then in a smug voice said well you should have checked again the yellow ribbon was there because the hot tub was closed for cleaning it was open then next day if you would have checked. Then proceeded to say,”you not checking is not our fault and it’s not our fault the lift was broken it doesn’t get used often. We didn’t know it was broken.” I beg to differ it’s your hotels job to keep it up and running. The room was nice and the breakfast was yummy though.
