We raised several concerns during our stay, including a leaking bathroom, a mysterious bloodstain on the bed present since check-in (I have photos - staff refused to change the sheets despite multiple requests, and to be clear, the blood was not ours), and flooring that was lifting.
After just a few nights, we chose to leave and booked another hotel. Expedia contacted the property on our behalf, but the response? No refund for the unused nights.
Although I received an apology email from the hotel acknowledging the issues, they still refused to make things right. Sadly, it's not surprising considering they couldn't even be bothered to replace blood-stained sheets.
