Location was great and breakfast was good too, but otherwise we weren’t that happy with the hotel. There were so many things that didn’t work, and the staff seemed to be aware of all the issues (and didn’t have very helpful attitude, unfortunately). Almost every time we left the room, we were left out when we returned because the key cards didn’t work and had to return to the reception from the 9th floor. Wash basin in the bathroom was totally clogged and shower head was broken. Not to mention the water pressure in the shower, which was non-existent. Hotel was very stingy with the toilet paper and there was maybe one roll per day for a family room, and we run out of it every day, because housekeeping was quite irregular. Sometimes someone had been in the room, sometimes hadn’t. There were towels for everyone when we arrived, but not after that (we stayed for 4 nights). Housekeeping staff was overworked and apologised for coming late, but i’m not sure if that explains other peoples (dirty?) sock and piece of trash that had appeared in our room. Room was nice and good size and this could have been a very nice experience if hotel bothered to take care of all the issues that people complain about. I noticed that there was always someone in the reception with the broken keycard etc.
