Four of us stayed here for two nights in a 2 queen room, and there were some great moments, and some not so good.
At check in, the person at the desk got rude when I kept asking her to repeat herself. She was talking too fast for me understand everything. Then when my keys didn't work later that day, she gave me attitude about it.
When we got to our room on level 2, we found it was clean and spacious. The only complaint would be that it had a soaking wet carpet by the AC unit, which just so happens to be right before you get to the beds.
We ended up switching rooms later that night(I will get to that in a min), and that one was much nicer on level 4.
The first night we were there, we had some very loud neighbors. It sounded like little kids with no adults, and they were running around and hitting the walls and the connecting door while screaming. This lasted from the time we got back to our room after dinner, around 8, and didn't stop; we moved rooms after midnight. I ended up calling the desk twice, and another person went down and complained. The people on night shift were amazing and did everything they could to take care of the issue, and even offered a new room for us, which we took. They were incredibly kind and apologetic about the whole thing, even though it wasn't their fault. I'm not sure what happened after that, I just know our new room was so quiet I could finally sleep.
The rest of the stay was fantastic!
