Be more upfront
Parking valet was full, had to park across the street. Was not offered the $10 food voucher upon check in, had to get the next morning. Would not let me use my Chime card for incidentals, no reason other than they did not accept it. Might want to advertise that! Asked for extra sheet/pillow and was told housekeeping would bring it up in 20 minutes and no one showed. Overall the person checking us in was not very welcoming.

Garbage hotel
This was absolutely the worst hotel experience I ever had. The rooms air didn’t work the fridge didn’t work I had to go back to the front desk three times to get the key reactivated after they finally changed our room. While we were moving rooms the mechanic came in and made it hard for us to get our stuff out very rude. The whole hotel was hot. Valley parking was super expensive and they had a lot of extra fees
