Beautiful hotel in Old Town. Great amenities and a powerful AC which was huge for us. Rooms were huge and comfortable. The balcony was a plus. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We didn't try the food, however it was always busy in the morning.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. But this is true for almost all of Thailand. The land of smiles as they say. No complaints about this hotel at all. Saw other reviews about the gong or bells from the temple waking them up early, but we didn't have that problem. And we were on that side also. We were directly across from the temple and didn't get woke up. Our room seemed sound proofed as you couldn't hear the outside noise with balcony door closed. Comfortable bed. Only thing I can think of needing improved would be the shower drain. Shower filled up with about an inch of water as you showered, but that's stretching it to find any complaint if even you can call it a complaint. Very minor issue. Loved our stay!
