The issues we had would normally be easy to look past, but we paid more for a reason, and expected better. Our curtains didnt close properly, which meant the room was very light during the night and we barely slept after travelling for 3 hours, and then again before travelling home for 3 hours.
On our 2nd night we got back around 1130pm from an event. The first issue was our room key didnt work and we had to go and get that fixed. Once we got in, my wife tried to have a bath, but as we filled the bath it made the bidet fill and overflow, flooding part of the bathroom. Staff were helpful in fixing the issue, but by the time it was fixed it was 1am. We were given the option to move downstairs to a room woth a working bath, not exactly convenient at 1am, and we were told the new room had a broken lock, so we wpuld need to have someone take us back in the room any time we left. Completely ridiculous.
When we checked out around 930am today, we had to bring these issues up because the girl on reception didn't bother asking us how our stay was - really poor customer service.
