Mixed feelings this time around. This is my second stay. The first room 111 was run down, not functional (outlets not working, stains on carpet and couch) and 3 different types of flying insects, mosquitos, black flies you find around toilets and a very aggressive flying beetle. Report the issue at breakfast, was told I could get a room change, but I had to move out of the current room. My number was taken and was told I would get a call when the change was done. Never received that call. I got tired and went back to the hotel around 4 and the change was complete. There was a weird exchange between the two agents, apparently that room should not have been rented just reading the side eye convo between the two. Moved to 411 and I found a room much like my first stay, quiet, comfortable and clean.
Next night I come in late and inquiry about shuttle service (which there is none, no problem). I pick up 2 cookies individually wrapped and ask they be put on my room since they took 150.00 incidental deposit. The same gentleman that checked me in was working the desk.....For me this is where the story gets good and cause the need for a brutally honest conversation......Im checking out and there is a different gentleman at the desk (assuming the night audit/ desk agent). It's maybe 430 in the morning and he is in a deep conversation on his cellphone. I wanted my final folio and waved and said I emailed it. Had I gotten it right there I would see I was charged 10/per cookie.
