We stayed here on NYE hoping to have a nice inexpensive unlavished trip with our 2 young children swimming, watching movies, and relaxing. Unfortunately, the breakfast was basically non existent as it is a "grab and go" style, which we were not told about on check in. We then found out the pool was closed, which we were also not told about on check in, and the cable channel list was limited and due to the set up we were unable to set up our streaming device for movies. The one elevator was out of service so the wait was long. Check in process was quick, but unfortunately that is because we were not told of any details of the hotel including breakfast hours and style, pool closure, and wifi set up. We checked in in the evening and I swear there was only 1 staff member in the entire building. Anytime someone needed something it left the front desk empty and no one to assist other guests. In the morning their wasnt even signs of housekeeping. The room was spacious and the full side fridge was great, the price was unbeatable, so i suppose you get what you pay for. Overall we ended up checking out early and booking at a different local hotel, where we had a great experience! We will not be returning, but hope that some changes can be made for future guests!
