Winai, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

The main asset of this hotel is the great view of Mt Fuji. Other than that, the hotel is quite outdated and the check in is very late (4pm).
Ignacio, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great location to stay. You can literally view Mt. Fuji from your bed, no need to even step outside. Friendly staffs are eager to help. Fantastic breakfast, make sure to add that in your room booking. There are couple of restaurants within 10-15 minutes walking distances. I would say very good place that I can possibly recommend.
Saibal, 1-night trip

A beautiful view of Fujisan, weather permitting. My 3rd stay at this hotel. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when in Kawaguchiko.
Clive, 4-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Very spacious room and great view of Mount Fuji. Excellent breakfast. Transport offered into central town centre. Onsen facility very good.
Naresh, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Very bad experience
Absolutely disappointing! The pictures are not at all accurate to the hotel's actual condition. Everything is very worn out, beds are terrible, the hotel is very old... not a pleasant stay, we even checked out after one night to move to a different hotel, and the penalty they charged was over what was stated in the cancellation policy, but as they did not have English speaking staff, it was impossible to argue. Also, the area is not nice at all, there are very limited food options around, and the hotel breakfast was very bad.
JUAN CARLOS, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Very nice and clean room. Pretty view from the room it's self. Plus having hot springs. Perfect experience
Jack, 1-night trip

Nice view of Mt. Fuji from the room. Food and Ibsen is nice. Value for money.
