The hotel itself was fancy and the staff were great. We had a couple of disturbed evenings / nights from kids running around outside our room and above us. Also the train station was quite noisy until late. We thought it was a convenient location with being on a train line. However, it was quite a distance and multiple train changes to get anywhere of interest. I wouldn't stay here again, but this is possibly bad luck due to the other customers and us not researching the location effectively.

Great stay

It's a beautiful hotel located very conveniently in front of a station so travel was easy. Supermarket is super close by and the lobby has a complementary amenities bar in case you forgot something. The coffee bar doesn't open till late, but a hotel next door has a coffee bar that opens early and is great. The beds are a bit stiff for a side sleeper, but everything else was excellent.

2nd time here for another two nights, it's always nice and enjoyable. The front desk receptionists are all very friendly and really helpful, they made our stay as smooth and peaceful as it could be. The location isn't so great; but it's a gem in Tokyo metropolitan.
