I just don’t have words

There was some sort or stand off in the hotel. The hotel was surrounded, but they were still doing business. It was crazy finally an officer said we should leave for a bit. The staff gave no information brought keys to our car and told us we could use the back stairs but go straight to our room. Idk it would have been nice to just be informed rather the dangerous situation was inside the hotel or outside on the property. The room was comfortable furniture was worn but overall it was good. Breakfast could have been better. More options and again staff be more helpful.

I am extremely disappointed and will NEVER stay at this hotel EVER AGAIN ! There was Cockroaches, Blood on the wall and hair on the clean towels! The housekeeping manager said he was going to help us get a refund and we never did! I was extremely frustrated and extremely upset because I never had something like this ever happen to me before! I do not recommend this hotel at all! I recommend Marriott Peachtree Corners across the street!

The tub leaks; poor lighting in the entire hotel suite, once it gets dark, there is very little lighting to read or work; there were only 2 trashcans in our suite. All of the electrical outlets were in the work area, but very few elsewhere. My spouse worked in the work space area & I had to work in the bedroom because there were no outlets near/around the dining table area. The carpet in our suite needs to be cleaned; the dining table needs to me touched up or replaced. It is a nice property, but they need maintain the furnishings/interior.

Needs to clean rooms before the next custumer

When we arrived they downgraded our room because the suite was not cleaned yet. We only received $20.00 off. I feel this was not professional. If a better discount would have been given i would have been satusfied. The breakfast was terrible. The sandwiches were hard, no fruit was out, and not many options. The coffee was good.

Didnt meet expectations

Staff was welcoming and professional at check-in and check-out. The room itself was set up nice and spacious but there are issues with cleanliness here. There was mold in the shower head, someone's hair ball stuck on a washcloth, stains on the chair and couch and I even found some crusty leftover crumbs of food on the floor under the skirting of the bed. The breakfast was lackluster, super limited options. I've stayed in Home2 before and this location definitely didn't live up to my expectations. There was cereal with no milk available and no toast/bagels on weekdays (they at least had toast on the weekend) and only 1 waffle maker so people were sitting around waiting on line to make some waffles.
