Do ignore the front entrance to this place as it is a walkway really towards a lift to Etnea Styles Catania luxury rooms. We stayed 3 nights here. Our room was spotlessly clean with all the modern amenities. The breakfasts were superb especially the freshly squeezed orange juice. The host/manager Alena went above and beyond her duties to make our stay a very enjoyable one giving us tips on transport and helped with our tour. Thank you Alena.

Lena was fantastic, from her welcome and showing us the amenities, to her excellent breakfast presentation and service, and finally to our sad goodbye. The room was spacious, beautiful and clean, I would stay here again in a minute, it had a lovely terrace and a small elevator to take us and our luggage up an down (much appreciated). All of these things made our short stay at this hotel a fantastic and memorable one.

We had a wonderful greeting from Alina when we arrived too early for check in, who kept our luggage safe, made us a delicious cappuccino and said they would give us a key to come and go the following day as we had a late flight home. Check out was at 10am and after a lovely breakfast and equally lovely service from Simona, we went out for the day, popping back now and then to use the bathroom and relax on the pretty little terrace. We were not rushed to leave and Simona offered us fruit to take with us to the airport. The bus to the airport is directly opposite the hotel, which runs every 20 minutes. It couldn’t be easier. We would definitely recommend Etnea Style Luxury Rooms.

Would not stay again

The hotel itself is decent because it is fairly updated and clean. However, the air conditioner in our room did not work and it was 90 degrees F / 32 degrees C outside. I could not sleep at all at night because it was so uncomfortable. Our room was on the top floor above the kitchen and breakfast dining area and we could hear breakfast being prepared and people talking by 6:30 / 7:00 am. We booked for two nights but could only stay for one since it was not a situation I could fall asleep in. I am pregnant and did not feel it was best to stay in a hot and loud environment. However, the hotel would not accommodate a refund for the second evening despite how hot and loud it was.
