Great Stay!

Check-in and check-out were both fast. All the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We got a complimentary room upgrade with a great view. The room was spacious and very clean and the beds were very comfortable. There is a lot to do around the hotel and both Times Square as well as Penn Station are very close to it which was convenient because of a concert we were going to do. Definitely recommend and will stay here again.

The Hotel is in timesquare it is very close in proximity to everything. The room wasn’t as depicted in the pictures. Was expecting something much more different.

The only good thing was the location. The rooms are extremely filthy. You cant breathe properly because of the dust. It was the worst hotel i ever stayed at.

I really liked the location. The Lobby area stairs need to be cleaned more often, and if you're going to have glass any where in the lobby it should sparkle. The glass was really cloudy looking. But, the location was perfect. Would I stay there again? NO, not for the price we paid and the cleanliness of the lobby area was unattractive.

Excellent location

Property located in central New York. Hop on hop off bus stop right outside the hotel. Subway within two blocks. The room was fairly small but adequate for the two of us. There were supposed to be three of us on this trip. The room would have been pretty cramped if the third person came. It would have been nice to have a coffee pot in the room but there was coffee available for purchase in the lobby.

Although in the public areas the hotel looked amazing & modern, the rooms looked dated (Particularly the bathroom). Staff were very friendly & helpful, however the strange set up of the elevators let things down. I'm not sure for certain we got the room we paid for either, very small for a delux room.
