The hotel breakfast spread is too limited. To enjoy the bathtub, aircon must be off and there are small ants on the bed and sink. Can hear loud door bang when other room close the main door.

The room itself was a bit cramped for two people, but overall fine for a one night stay. The sheets in our bed smelled as if they had been in a closet for a few months before use. We didn't check out the pool, but we did see a bat flying around our floor.

We were charged for a tiny stain on a pillowcase. It seems you need to pay for hotel laundry. There was no bar, breakfast was limited. Some staff were great but others only spoke local language. Overall I would not call it a 3 star hotel.

PLEASE READ

I’m rating this hotel 1 star simply because they list it as a 4 star when it’s a 2 AT BEST. Very misleading. The room is not cleaned thoroughly, as a 4 star hotel should be. The bed is so soft, not good for your back. The shower/sink/toilet are in very odd places. The room windows are the size of prison windows. There’s noise from the toilet in the middle of the night (perhaps when neighbours use it). The rooftop pool is the size of a CLOSET. I don’t even understand how a size like this is acceptable. There are no sun loungers, just chairs and you’re at the edge of the pool. The lady receptionist is very rude. The two gentlemen (doorman and receptionist) were very kind and helpful. The breakfast place felt like a rundown old place. The food was mediocre. Cold pizza for breakfast, soggy eggs,… nightmare. Lastly, this is probably what was the most annoying: the elevator. There is ONE elevator and it’s incredibly slow. It took 8 minutes to get one! Please checkout other hotels, you will find MUCH better even in a 3 star hotel.

Very dirty rooms and not matching with pictures

Hotel was conveniently located, but when it comes to rooms it was super dirty and not maintained. Air-con unit in the room was very dirty and full of dust. I guess the air-con filters were also never changed judging by the dirt. some of the rooms are facing a club next door, so get ready for a no sleep during the weekend. The swimming pool and breakfast area look totally different from the pictures and since they glazed the whole roof-top it is not possible to really enjoy it. All the cute tables with chairs that were originally there got replaced by fixed and very dirty benches and tables. Generally do not count to wnjoy any nice sunbathing time on the rooftop as it is very unwelcoming and full of some different trays that they use for serving a breakfast. When the breakfast is served you cannot use the swimming pool. In the evening there is no bar or other possibility to enjoy it there.

In a great location being in the centre of the tourist attractions, surrounded by good quality bars and restaurants. The staff are excellent and our room was very comfortable with a good view. The only dissapointment was that there actually is no restaurant, and the hotel details say there is and the hotel guide in the room says there is.

hotel had friendly helpful staff, unfortunately the pool was under repair which was one of the mains reasons for booking, management did upgrade our room to compensate unfortunately it was a big pubic holiday and celebratory parade on our last day which meant the roads were blocked and we could not get transport any where near the hotel for our flight out which meant we needed to book a hotel close to the airport so we paid for a night we couldn't use, this was also when the pool was back in use so we didn't get to use the pool even when it was re-opened. breakfast wasn't our best and was the same everyday

This place is a rip off. I paid for a room with a city view. What they offered was a room facing a wall. No view. It was a no refund reservation. What I didn't know was that Expedia will not force it's vendor to refund the money, even when the hotel misrepresentats what it offered. So if you book any hotel via expedia you have no rights, even if they put you in the basement.
