THE WORST STAY

There was black mold on the walls, no tissue in the bathroom when I arrived, the room smelled like urine and it was overall the worst Wyndham hotel I have ever stayed in. I do no recommend this hotel to anyone, EVER.

Just an Inconvenience

Upon arrival, door keys that were given did not work. The front desk clerk was extremely nice and had maintenance assist immediately. The door had to be reprogrammed. The phone in the room did not work, and maintenance did not fix it. All of the lamps in the room were unplugged when we arrived. The toilet was absolutely disgusting and had not been cleaned. The remote to the tv was missing a battery The staff was very nice tho

Hotel room was disgusting, dirty, run down, and smelled horrible! I had to go out and purchase frebreeze and a candle for the smell also purchased a blanket to lay on because I did not want to lay on their covers and sheets! DO NOT STAY HERE!

It's one of the dirtiest hotel I've ever been. The paints are peeling and it's all over the floor. The shower is filthy and drain doesn't work. The phone is not working. The hallway could use a LOT of cleaning. We couldn't eat the breakfast. There were 2 broken boiled eggs that looked like it had been there for weeks. The coffee is terrible. The 2 tiny sausage was cold and old. We didn't touch any of the food provided. The bread looked stale and moldy. Health department should come and checked that hotel. The staff could use some measure of friendliness.

The room was not very clean - stains on the linens, sticky stuff on the surfaces, and someone’s leftover body wash and bath puff in the bathroom, along with an empty tp roll. The lights didn’t work well, and there was a semi-separate room that would have been a great work space, except that the light didn’t turn on, there was hole in the wall (the size of a fist), and there was a table but no chairs

Unclean and reeks of cigarettes

The place is under complete reconstruction. Many of the occupants were long term and were used to living there and super loud. Felt really unsafe the whole time but we checked in super late and couldn't get another hotel. Hotel says non-smoking but reeks of old cigarette use. Parts of the hotel were nice and it seems like the owners are trying to rebuild the hotel. Until that happens, I won't stay there again.

The one bed was missing blankets and couldn't reach front desk. The toilet seat was in horrible shape and badly needed replaced, the tv did not work properly. Stains on the sheet. Mold on the shower head.

NOT Great. But also, NOT Good either.

In my first room, the Toilet Seat was broken. So, I had to be move to another room. In this room, the Tub/Shower handle was broken off and sitting on the Tub. So again, I had to be move to another room. This room was okay for only one night. The area of the Hotel was alright. It sits right next to the side of the Hwy. And, most of all. There is "NO" elevators in this Hotel. You, must be able to walk up the stairs to the second floor.

First Room #152: couldn't find TV remote control, turn tv on with button at bottom of FlatScreen but do nothing else; looked in all drawers & behind furniture. Call desk, no answer; walk all way across facility Register Person said 'will find another remote'. Remote1 not very user-friendly, then "Baymont SignIn screen' asks for password that was not provided. Back To Desk 2nd time-he comes can't seem to figure out, gets Remote2 more issues. RegisterPerson says "move you to Room162" after he tested TV. Room162: had to find Fridge Cord behind furniture to plug in - Trash & dirty on all cables/cords behind Cabinet!! Carpeting & hard-surface flooring very dirty-feet were black next morning & light colored socks were discolored & felt sticky. Facility entry doors were not locked-never had to use our Key Card coming inside, only use Card to enter both Rooms!! Notice posted at Reception Desk about work on Pool & Conference Room; many obvious spots thru out Facility that much updating needs to be done, but that is not a reason to neglect daily housekeeping -- kind of explains why the online Room Rate was lower than other area Lodgings. The bed was comfortable. This Facility definitely was not up to the standards we usually find at a Baymont location.

It took 5 minutes and saying “Hello” 2 times until the person popped out of the side room The TV in the room did not work right. The cords would not stay in and could not use it. The channels were very basic and the remote did not work well.

The place is being ran by people living within the motel....half of the rooms are full of dirty materials like old sinks, beds, etc. I did it for work BUT NEVER AGAIN!!!

Bait and switch

Didn't have the room that we reserved, the one that they did have was more expensive of course. Ceiling in the bathroom was falling down. Not a very nice place.
