Barely adequate
The hotel has a single driving entry into and out of the parking lot off of a busy street so enter with care. When entering the parking lot and examining the building there are obvious signs of wear and tear. The CCTV system has been damaged or altered but looked like a blink camera put in random places. Was greeted when i entered the lobby and checkin was simple. I stayed on the 1st floor. The door to my room had obvious staining and was advertised as non smoking though a smell lingered. The latch on the window was damaged and the window opened all the way (good airflow but bad security). Trim pieces were cracked and seperating. The bed was not horrible and the linen appeared clean. The beakfast at 8 was barely adequate and the best option for me was the complimentary cereal.
Overall the hotel served its putpose but for the price there are better options out there.
